What if my power is out?

If the power is out, your local utility provider will need to restore power before your phone/internet services can be restored. We recommend that you call your provider directly and have them forward your main phone number to a cellphone so you don’t miss any customer calls (for businesses). On occasion, your power may start working before your phone/internet services. In those situations, you’ll have to wait until the provider can bring you back up.

What if my internet is down?

The first step should always be to check if there is an outage in your area. If there is no outage, we recommend you check your router and have the provider remote troubleshoot it for you. If the wall connection/jack/wiring is loose or broken you may need to contact our office to dispatch a technician.
